If you’ve noticed I haven’t been posting as much, there’s a reason for that—I’ve been burnt out, overwhelmed, and trying to figure out where I’m going next.
Burnout isn’t just about being tired. It’s the kind of exhaustion that seeps into everything—your work, your creativity, your ability to care about the things you normally love. And I hit that wall hard.
Why?
Because doing everything all the time is unsustainable. Trying to run a business, build a community, take care of my mental health, raise my kids and still have time to breathe? It caught up with me. And honestly, I had to take a step back before I completely lost my momentum and my mind.
What I’ve Been Doing Instead
Instead of pushing through just for the sake of keeping up, I’ve been pausing, reassessing, and simplifying. I realized I can’t do it all—and I don’t have to. That’s why I’m focusing on what truly matters:
✔ Simplifying my business – I’m focusing only on soap for now because trying to do everything at once isn’t sustainable. ✔ Leaning into my strengths – Homesteading, herbalism, mental wellness—these are the things I love, and they’re the things I want to share. ✔ Giving myself space to breathe – Not everything needs to be done right now. Slowing down isn’t failure—it’s necessary.
What’s Next?
I’m still here, still building, still working on making this space into something real and valuable. But I’m doing it in a way that makes sense for me. That means:
🌿 More focus on herbalism, food preservation, and small-scale homesteading. 🧼 Keeping my shop simple—right now, I’m sticking with soap. 🧠 Talking more about mental health—because survival isn’t just physical, it’s emotional too.
So if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or like you’re spinning your wheels, you’re not alone. I get it. And I’m giving myself permission to slow down and find my way again—maybe you should too.
